Brass Music
The Valley's four brass bands do nothing to lower the tone!
In the spring the traditional brass band concerts begin. In the summer months there is a rousing concert practically every week in all four villages of Oberau, Niederau, Mühltal and Auffach.
Oberau - every Tuesday, High School Oberau
Niederau - every Wednesday, Hotel Sonnschein Niederau
Mühltal - every Wednesday, Gasthof Schweizerhof Mühltal
Auffach - every Thursday, music pavillon Auffach
On 31st July 08 all four bands give a communal performance at the open air pool complex in Oberau.
53rd Wildschönau Valley Festival from 7th - 10th August 08 in Auffach organised by the Auffach Brass Band.
