Warm welcome to the Leitnerhof and the Barbara House in Niederau! The two family-run accommodations are located quietly on the edge of the village, directly next to each other and immediately at the ski slope. In summer, the practice and landing field of the Wildschönau flight school is right next door.
In total, there are four fully equipped vacation apartments available – two in the Barbara House and two high-quality converted apartments in the Leitnerhof. The cozy apartments are furnished in a country house style and feature wooden floors, wood paneling, high-quality beds, a balcony, a kitchen with a coffee machine, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi.
The Markbachjochbahn is only 700 meters away. Three restaurants and the stops for the bus and the sightseeing train can be reached in just one minute on foot.
A special experience for families: Our cows in the barn and the rabbits are happy to be visited.

We are a family that is very close to nature, we enjoy being outdoors, we like to go on excursions, we like to go skiing, swimming, cycling and hiking, we take care of our animals and we enjoy being with people.
We ladies like to sing and make music, Peter helps out with the fire brigade.

There is also a table with 3 chairs and a couch with a TV.
The bathroom has a large shower and a double sink. Toilet is separate.
The balcony faces the south and offers a wonderful mountain view.
