Our cozy holiday apartment is located near the center of Niederau at the beginning of the beautiful Franziskusweg. Just 1 minute on foot to the bus stop, 5 minutes away from the nearest grocery store, and the cable car to Markbachjoch is also within easy walking distance. The swimming pool and tennis court are about 1 kilometer away.
