Wildschönau Valley Festival

67th Annual Wildschönau Valley Festival
8 - 11 August 2024 on the festival arena Endfelden / Schneerose in Oberau.

The "Talfest"  is one of the biggest and most beautiful festivals in the whole of the Tirol and the absolute highlight of the Wildschönau festival summer.

4 days of brass band music, party atmosphere, rock music, lots of tradition and a fantastic parade.
In 2024, it will be the turn of the Oberau Brass Band to organise the Festival.

The traditional parade on Sunday is the absolute high point of the festival weekend with around 500 participants: Bands, numerous magnificent floats, the traditional Rifle Club,  the Sturmlöder and many other groups from the region.
There are also many beautiful traditional costumes to see.
After the parade, the party continues with guest band concerts in the marquee. The weekend is rounded off with a concert by the local brass band who will take over the organisation for the following year.

Friday, 09 August | "I love to dance with you" 
06:30 p.m.  "Ebbser Kaiserklang" - the night of traditional costume 
09:30 p.m. "Die Lungauer" - a great Oberkrainer Music

Saturday, 10 August "Brass music is so beautiful" 
06:30 p.m. "a small village music" - for friends of brass music
09:30 p.m. "Bhoemiacs" - the bohemian power band from Tyrol

Sunday, 11 August | "Off to the festival"
10:00 a.m. Morning pint with the "hard core" - dance music at its best 
01:30 p.m. Big parade on the theme "From hemp to linen" followed by concerts by various bands

Use the free shuttle bus between Niederau, Oberau and Auffach.
