Krautinger schnapps made by the Schellhorn family.
The main ingredient of the famous Krautinger schnapps is the white beet. The schnapps is distilled exclusively in the Wildschönau.
Waltraud & Martin Schellhorn from the Edhof Farm have been distillers since the 1970's to the ancient original recipe. The beet seeds are cultivated on the farm. The Edhof Farm was built in 1803.
Sold directly on the farm and at various events and markets.
Winner of the "Best Krautinger Award 2018". The Edhof farm is one of the stops on our Krautinger Tour.
