Entrance to all hotels, accommodation, restaurants and cafes is permitted with a negative test, proof of vaccination or recovery only.
Travel restrictions to Austria have been relaxed for countries with low incidence.
These countries are at the moment: Andorra, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Lichtenstein, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Singapour, Slowakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, South Koreai, Czech Republik, Hungary, the Vatican und Cyprus.
No mandatory quarantine for entrance from these countries just a negative test, proof of vaccination or recovery no older than 48 hours.
The basic requirement for access is the "Green Pass". Recovered, vaccinated or tested persons all have equal access.
The details are still being discussed. The EU's Green Passport is due in July 2021, until then proof must be provided by other means.
NEW: Supervised self-tests will also be recognised. These are available in larger hotels, test centres and the tourist office.
