If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from the above contact, you can lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman's Office for Accessible Internet and Mobile Applications of the Province of Tyrol. The complaint will be reviewed to determine whether it constitutes a violation of the provisions of Section 14b of the Tyrolean Anti-Discrimination Act by organs of the province, municipalities, municipal associations and self-governing bodies established by provincial law. If the complaint is justified, the Ombudsman's Office must issue recommendations for action to the province or the legal entities concerned and propose measures to remedy the deficiencies.
