"Weisenblasen" on the Schatzberg

On September 20th, 2026, the Wildschönau will once again become a beloved meeting place for music lovers, hiking enthusiasts, and families.

The day begins at 10:00 a.m. with a festive mountain mass at the top station of the Schatzberg cable car.

Following the mass, the musical hiking day begins:
Between Schatzbergalm, Gipföhit, Gernteich, and Koglmoos, several traditional wind ensembles ("Weisenbläser") will accompany hikers with traditional alpine melodies.

The musical highlight of the day will be the joint final performance ("Weisen-Ausblasen") at Berggasthof Koglmoos around 3:30 p.m.

The Schatzberg cable car operates from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on this day.
