Brass Music on the Schatzberg

“Weisenblasen am Schatzberg”

On September 20th, 2026, the Wildschönau will once again become a popular gathering place for music lovers, hiking enthusiasts, and families.

The day begins at 10:00 a.m. with a festive mountain Mass at the Schatzbergbahn mountain station.

This is followed by the musical hiking day:
Between Schatzbergalm, Gipföhit, Gernteich, and Koglmoos, several brass bands will accompany hikers with traditional music. The musical highlight is the group finale at the Berggasthof Koglmoos around 3:30 p.m.

The Schatzbergbahn is in operation from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In case of bad weather, the event will take place on a smaller scale!
