Baking Bread in a Wood Oven in Wildschönau

On Saturday, October 3, 2026, a special seminar on bread baking will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Brentnhof in Oberau. 

After a small snack, everyone can knead their bread, and while it is in the wood oven, we will prepare a dough for spelt-wheat rolls. Furthermore, we will bake a delicious whole grain bread, refine spreads with wild herbs, and cook a potato soup with regional, seasonal vegetables. For dessert, there will be a sweet surprise!

Number of participants: 8-15 people, group registrations are also possible
