Krautinger schnapps made by the Thaler family.
The main ingredient of the famous Krautinger schnapps is the white beet. The schnapps is distilled exclusively in the Wildschönau.
The Thaler family from the Brauerhof Farm has been a distiller for 15 years. The schnapps is produced twice a year on the Brauerhof Farm. Several generations live together on the farm and everyone is involved in the distilling process (Great grandma, grandma, mum and kids). The beet seeds are cultivated.
The schnapps is sold directly on the farm.
