Award-winning Krautinger schnapps from the organic farm of the Prosser family at Ebersauhof
The Ebersauhof in the Mühltal is known for its unique Krautinger – the famous schnapps made from turnips, which is exclusively produced in this region. Yvonne Prosser distills the Krautinger according to the old distillation law twice a year.
The farm, which was built in the 15th century, is a traditional family business and has been certified as an organic operation since 1996. The Krautinger and other products are available at various events, directly from the farm, and also at the SPAR supermarket. The Krautinger from Ebersauhof was awarded "Krautinger of the Year" in both 2024 and 2026.
