Studio Ines Nickchen
Art studio in the village of Oberau
In Ines Nickchen’s studio in Oberau, she creates unique works of art and functional objects using clay, porcelain, glass, and Japanese paper. The artist, who has worked in Japan and in studios around the world, now lives and works in Wildschönau. Her works have been exhibited in galleries and museums both in Austria and abroad.
In addition to her artistic work, Ines Nickchen offers courses and workshops, sharing her many years of experience. Studio tours are available at any time by appointment.
Ceramics courses take place on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The courses are open to anyone interested, provided there are available spots. During this time, the studio is also open to visitors.
