Almchalet Melkstatt

The Almchalet Melkstatt is a so-called Söllhaus from the 18th century, which was inhabited by woodworkers. Our grandfather bought this little house after World War II. He was also a woodworker for his entire life. For 4 generations, it has been a home for our family, but since autumn 2018, it no longer serves as a primary residence.

After the death of our grandparents, we lovingly renovated and modernized the little house in 2006. On the outside, nothing was changed except for new windows, and these were installed in a faithful representation of different sizes. The interior was completely renovated, and all sanitary facilities as well as a central heating system including underfloor heating in the bathrooms were installed.

In total, our guests have approximately 90 m² of living space available.
