This is a lovely modernized ground floor apartment sleeping up to 4 people. The kitchen, floors, part of the furniture in the living room and TV have been replaced. Only 300 meters from the Niederau gondola lift and ski slope. Everything is within walking distance (ski rental, ski school, shops, restaurants, bank, etc.). In principle, you can park your car in the parking space(s) belonging to the apartment for the entire duration of your holiday. The apartment is fully equipped, ski room in the basement. In the cozy Wildschönau there is a lot to experience all year round for young and old!

We have been renting out several apartments in the Sonnenalp building in Niederau under the name Sonnenalp Appartements since 2017. The apartments we rent each belong to different owners, which is why no apartment looks the same. We have already welcomed many guests from different parts of the world to our Haus Sonnenalp.
