Our apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with dining table, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The 2 bedrooms have box spring beds that can be darkened with blinds. Each bedroom has a TV and a small couch.
The bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub, a shower, and a toilet.
In the kitchen, you can cook and eat together. An oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator are provided.
The balcony has chairs so you can enjoy the beautiful mountain landscape.
We have a storage room for your bicycle, where skis can also be stored in winter.
We offer 2 free parking spaces for you. One is covered in the carport and one is in front of the house.
The apartment is equipped with a key lock to allow for a self-check-in.
Our apartment is located directly in the village center. The mountain railway, bus stops, supermarket, and pharmacy are within walking distance. Restaurants are also nearby.

Arrival.
If you are coming from Wörgl, please drive past the town sign Niederau for about 650 meters and turn left towards our house in the direction of Lindenweg. Drive along the road, and after about 50 meters, your parking space is on the left under the carport.
With us, you have a stress-free self check-in.
The key is located to the left of the entrance door in a key safe.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
