Our cozy holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2025 and is located close to the center of Niederau at the beginning of the beautiful Franziskusweg. 1 minute walk to the bus stop, 5 minutes away from the nearest grocery store, and the mountain lift to Markbachjoch is also easily accessible on foot. The swimming pool and tennis court are approximately 1 kilometer away.
