High Trail Trophy

This hiking and trail running event follows the Wildschönau High Trail from Niederau to the Schönangeralm in Auffach. The routes are physically demanding, pass traditional alpine huts, and offer breathtaking panoramic views – in the end, it’s all about the fastest time!

Hiking Route – Individual & 3-Person Teams (Saturday)
The hiking route leads from the Markbachjoch via Rosskopf, Feldalphorn, Schwaigberghorn, and Breiteggern to the Schönangeralm.
Distance: 15 kilometres

Power Trail (Saturday)
The Power Trail starts at the mountain station of the Markbachjoch cable car and runs via Rosskopf, Feldalphorn, Schwaigberghorn, Breiteggern, Breiteggspitze, and Siedljoch to the Schönangeralm.
Distance: 20 kilometres

Summit Trail (Saturday)
The Summit Trail is the most challenging route. It also starts at the mountain station of the Markbachjoch cable car and leads via Rosskopf, Feldalphorn, Schwaigberghorn, Breiteggern, Breiteggspitze, Siedljoch, Sonnjoch, Großer Beil, and Kleiner Beil to the Schönangeralm.
