Host information
Uschi and Rainer have been running the business with great joy and personal commitment since 1988 and so in 2001 the two were awarded the category of 4 stars, making the Marchfeld the smallest 4-star hotel in Tyrol - and yet everything is there! It has always been important to the host family to keep their gem up-to-date over the years, and so the hotel has been subtly renovated on an ongoing basis. “We live and live in the Marchfeld ourselves…..and we also like it nice and nice!” – this is the philosophy of Uschi and Rainer. In 2018, the two then also received the award from the state of Tyrol as a traditional company. In 2022, the innkeepers from the state of Tyrol also received the BEWUSST TIROL award. This predicate is characterized by the processing and serving of local products. If our farmers are doing well, we're all doing well!

Conditions
The Landhaus Marchfeld is located on Roggenboden, the "sunny side" of Oberau, the main town in the Wildschönau valley. Somewhat out of the way and still everything there. In summer and winter, hikes can be started right in front of the house, the two lifts (Riedmann lifts) with night skiing and tobogganing, as well as the cross-country ski trail have been delighting our winter guests for 36 years now.
