Welcome to our 168 sqm chalet Tirolernaturschlaf with a roof terrace including a lounge, south-facing balcony with shade, terrace, garden with outdoor sauna & outdoor bed, fitness area under the arcades, ski room, 2 covered parking spaces including an E-car charging station. The chalet is located halfway up the mountain in a south-facing position above a mountain hut. It is built biologically and equipped and designed with great attention to detail.
YOU enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains and the village from the three living levels as well as from the garden.
YOU enter the extraordinary vacation domicile from the covered parking spaces through the separate front door, the hallway, a small bedroom (160/200 cm bed) to the spacious living kitchen with an adjoining balcony including a dining area. On the same level there is also a separate WC and a storage room with a washing machine. Via the stairs, YOU reach the garden level with the large sleeping area (180/200 cm luxury bed, 90/200 cm single bed, infrared wellness lounger), bathroom, and access to the terrace, arcades with fitness equipment, garden including a sauna house (for private use). To reach the third living level, YOU go from the kitchen via the spiral staircase. There you will find the third bedroom (double bed 180/200 cm), 2 additional bathrooms, and the very spacious living room with an adjoining roof terrace including a lounge. Each of the 3 living levels is equipped with a TV. The living kitchen including a cooking island is fitted with high-quality equipment for all comforts, such as a fully automatic coffee machine. Depending on availability, YOU can use 2 e-trekking bikes or 2 sleds free of charge.

We was both teachers and owners of the company tirolernaturschlaf. At the beginning of 2020 we integrated a holiday apartment into our house.

The chalet with 3 living levels includes a very spacious bedroom (luxury bed 180/200 cm, daybed 90/200 cm, TV, infrared wellness lounger...), an adjoining bathroom, another bedroom (bed 160/200 cm), an extra toilet, a living kitchen with cooking island and large dining area, corner sofa and TV, a storage room with washing machine, hallway. The adjoining balcony also features a large dining area. On the upper living level, there is a third bedroom, two additional bathrooms, and a very large living room with access to the roof terrace. The garden, including an outdoor sauna (2 evenings per week free), is for exclusive use. Under the arcades is the extensive fitness area. The padded beds in box spring style are equipped with high-quality natural latex zoned mattresses and natural bedding as well as organic cotton bed linen. A baby bed (70/140 cm) can be added to the large bedroom upon request. Throughout the house, there are colorful, original artworks.

The chalet includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living kitchen, a south-facing balcony, a living room, a rooftop terrace, a garden with sauna, fitness area, 2 covered parking spaces including an electric car charging station, a storage room, and a ski or bicycle room.
The house is located right in the middle of the ski and hiking area Hochtal Wildschönau. From all 3 living levels, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Kitzbühel Alps. In summer, the two mountain lift tickets are included.
