Surrounded by the impressive Tyrolean mountain world, the house is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and eventful holiday days in Wildschönau.
Since 1981, Waidmannsruh has stood for personal hospitality and genuine Tyrolean warmth. Today, Annemarie and Hansl Weißbacher run the house together with their sons Martin and Simon in the second generation. Tradition, a family atmosphere, and the feeling of being welcome shape the special character of the guesthouse.
A popular meeting place is the cozy Jägerstube. During the summer months, the spacious sun terrace also invites you to linger. From here, there is a fantastic view into Kundler Klamm and the surrounding mountains – especially atmospheric when the sun sets behind the Tyrolean mountain world in the evening.

Our single rooms are small and cosy and equipped with a balcony and TV. The rooms are at the back of the house and you can hear the babbling of the nearby brook and enjoy the morning sunshine.
The homely flair of the stone pine gives the rooms a special character. Enjoy excellent sleeping comfort. Our guests particularly appreciate the hair dryer and the integrated radio in the new, modern bathrooms.
One of our two single rooms is equipped with an extra bed and can therefore also be used for 2 children.
