Concert evening with ladies' choice

Three women from different regions of Austria find each other musically at the Woodstock Academy – and sparks fly. Their encounter becomes a connection, and their time together gives rise to music that touches the listener because it is honest. “Damenwahl” brings together Katrin Unterlercher, Christina Fischbacher, and Renate Linortner. Rooted in Austrian folk music, supported by solid training and individual musical paths, they are looking ahead together.

Their original compositions tell of emotions experienced, of beautiful and challenging moments – unvarnished, approachable, and authentic. The ensemble switches effortlessly between vocals and instrumental pieces featuring harp, dulcimer, flutes, double bass, piano, and more. A concert full of timbres, joy of playing, and feminine versatility!
