A balmy summer evening and shimmering timbres: Under the title “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” the Edoné Quartet invites you to a special concert. The four flutists are united by their training at the Tyrolean State Conservatory and their shared passion for ensemble playing. In the rare ensemble of four flutes, they unfold a versatile world of sound.

The program ranges from classical to contemporary, combining chamber music with modern timbres and also featuring well-known melodies. With “Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen and music by the Beatles, the quartet also ventures into crossover territory. A varied evening—light and sparkling, yet dreamy and poetic.
