Open house at FIT5 at Guido

From 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., the FIT5 exercise boutique invites you to an open house at Guido. Throughout the day, interested visitors will have the opportunity to learn about and try out innovative training concepts for coordination, flexibility, and muscle and cardiovascular training. The focus is on a holistic and mindful training approach that not only strengthens the body, but also has a positive effect on the nervous system and promotes general well-being. In a personal atmosphere—small, refined, and individually supervised—there is an opportunity to get to know, participate, and discover.
