Wildschönau Valley Bike Trail Opening Celebration

On Sunday, June 28th, 2026, the new section of the Valley Bike Trail near the Thalmühle will be officially opened—with a fun-filled program of events for the whole family!

The grand opening will take place starting at 1:00 p.m. at the Thalmühle with the official ceremony and the inauguration of the new bike path section. Together with representatives from politics, tourism, and the region, the Talradweg will be symbolically opened. The Mühltal Federal Band will provide musical entertainment.

Afterward, an exciting bike and adventure program awaits visitors in the Drachental family park:

• Riding technique training with professional coach Rainer Schoner
• Bike tests with various models from Sport Blachfelder
• Spectacular bike show with Stefan Eberharter
• Live music with the "Daltons"
• Activities and programs for all ages

Activities and programs for all ages Culinary delights will also be on offer. The festival offers the perfect opportunity to get to know the new valley bike path and enjoy an active summer day together in the Wildschönau.
