Yoga with Dani

Every Monday, a soothing yoga class takes place at the Niederau Elementary School. In the summer, when the weather is nice, classes are also held outdoors. The class offers an opportunity to consciously escape the daily grind and bring your body, mind, and spirit into harmony. In a pleasant atmosphere, the focus is on finding your own balance, accompanied by mindful exercises and a relaxing evening routine.

Basic knowledge is required to participate. For beginners, 3 - 4 private lessons or a beginner’s course are recommended beforehand.

Please bring your own yoga mat and comfortable clothing.
